Janusz Homa, shareholder, Software Mind CEO and President,
is responsible for the implementation of the overall corporate strategy and strategies of individual business units. He believes that the company is there not only to provide high-quality IT solutions, but primarily to provide answers to the genuine business needs of the clients. He understands Software Mind’s mission as combination of business with state-of-the-art technologies.

His belief that people are the company’s most important asset became the foundation of his personal goal, namely, building and maintenance of friendly and staff-oriented work environment. Janusz Homa has six years of experience in building information technology products in the telecommunications sector and in management of IT projects with budgets of tens of millions Polish Zlotys. His previous posts included that of Depute Executive Officer for Comarch Telecom SA. For six successive years, in the capacity of co-founder of BillBird SA, Homa built the Moje Rachunki network – a project that has become the leader among alternative bill payments and airtime recharging systems. Today, BillBird's value is counted in hundreds of millions of Polish Zlotys. As a member of the executive board of an American capital group, a post Homa held for two years, he acquired thorough insight and experience in practical financial management and operation of sophisticated capital structures. Janusz Homa is a graduate in Information Technologies at AGH–UST University of Science and Technology in Kraków, and in Corporate Management at the Jagiellonian University of Kraków.

Konrad Siatka, founder and shareholder, Software Mind Senior Vice President,
was Software Mind’s President from the incorporation of the company to September 2006. In this capacity he was responsible for designing and implementing the company’s development strategy, establishment of areas of development, and building the corporate image. Currently, he is responsible for the implementation of corporate strategy in international markets in the area of solutions tailored to individual sectors.

The scope of his tasks includes preparing product and service offers for telecommunication and energy sectors. Involved for many years in quality issues and quality improvement processes in information sciences, Siatka acquired his experience of the field in cooperation with Motorola and Kugler Maag Cie. Working with Clients, he made follows “treating our clients the way we would like to be treated ourselves” his principle. Siatka’s experience is especially profound in the management of state-of-the-art projects in the IT sector, especially in the model of corporate management through client relations. He acquired his professional experience of working with foreign clients in Motorola, Ericsson, and Ericpol Telecom. Konrad Siatka graduated with distinction from Information Technologies at AGH–UST University of Science and Technology in Kraków.

Grzegorz Młynarczyk, founder and shareholder, Software Mind Senior Vice President,
is responsible for designing and implementing of Software Mind’s development strategy. From the first days of the company’s operation, Młynarczyk has focused on the development of the company’s presence in international markets, paying special attention to introducing innovative technologies and business solutions into the company’s operation: a methodology he believes to be a most efficient tool for efficient competition in global markets.

Furthermore, he is responsible for building product and service offers in the fields of finance, and for building Software Mind’s position in the market of semantic technologies. With experience in numerous IT projects, Młynarczyk sees employing technologies of strategic importance for the clients in solving their actual business problems his first and foremost goal. Connecting the world of business with the realm of state-of-the-art technologies, Młynarczyk actively seeks for innovative solutions, working with recognised specialists and Europe’s leading universities. He is ardently involved in the application of semantic technologies and believes them to have overwhelming influence on current and future applications of “networks of the future”. Młynarczyk’s rich experience in the field of new technologies and management of complex IT projects results from his involvement with the ICT sector, which began in 1996 and has included gaining experience with Motorola and CERN, where he was involved in scientific research, IT project management, definition of quality assurance methodologies in IT products, and optimisation of production processes. Grzegorz Młynarczyk graduated with distinction from Information Technologies at AGH–UST University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He shares his knowledge and experience lecturing at universities, publishing scientific papers, and participating in conferences devoted to the IT market.
