From a technical point of view, the module stores the configuration of the products offered based on the provider’s services. It allows the development of new products as well as combining already existing ones into product groups. Each product can be created based on one or more services. By adjusting service parameters, it is possible to create extensive and diverse products.
Product Catalogue – presents a comprehensive sales offer of a company, allows price lists to be defined for services and products available for sale (tariffs). Prices may be created for a particular client or dedicated to a specific group of customers. It is possible to create multiple price lists valid for different periods of time for different customers. Price lists described as tariffs may be grouped into a dedicated directory designed for a specific group of customers, which allows a specific customer to be presented different price variants. The main price list content consists of evaluation entries for particular products and services. In addition to evaluations, the system enables a list of available promotions/discounts that may influence the end-user price of the product to be defined for the complete price list or for a particular evaluation.
Product Analysis – includes tools for reporting and advanced analyses (data warehouses/OLAP), as well as a wide range of ready-made product and service management reports. The following reports are available as standard:
- product life cycle
- lists of customers purchasing a specific product
- sales comparison between selected products
- sales comparison in two periods of time
- best-selling products rating
