A relevant decision was issued by the Court of Registration in Krakow and registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National court Register. In view of the above the KRS number was changed into 0000300409.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Polish Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies, the transformed company Software Mind S.A. is granted all the rights and obligations of company under transformation. The Company’s address and the composition of its Management Board have not been changed.

The change closes the transformation process aimed at preparing the Company to its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and further development of its activity.
