The system has been running and, from February 1, allows the operator, among other things, to sell the Diallo mobile telephony offering that is: terminals, starters, accessories and other telecommunication equipment, including SIM cards as well as refills and pre-paid kits, etc.
The solution handles all sales points belonging to Telefonia DIALOG SA. After Stage II of the implementation is complete, the System will also support other sales channels including TeleCentrum.
Under the Agreement, Software Mind SA has provided a retail sales application and a high-availability HP hardware platform.

Telefonia DIALOG SA (from 1997 r.) is one of the largest independent telecom operators, provider of landlines, broadband Internet access, innovative multimedia services (digital TV and video on demand) and mobile services under the Diallo brand name.
In 2009, DIALOG received a grant for the execution of project "Implementation of innovative services based on passive optical network technology (PON) access networks " from the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, Activity 4.4. As a result of this project, in an area of more than 70 thousand flats in Wroclaw, Zielona Gora and Lodz, DIALOG will offer ultra fast Internet access, digital TV and innovative multimedia services provided directly to customer homes by means of optic fibres. This is the largest project of its kind in Poland and one of the largest in Europe. Its total cost is estimated at nearly PLN 56 million. EU funding amounts to PLN 22.236 million, which constitutes 40 percent.
DIALOG is the first Polish operator to have offered a truly independent broadband Internet (DialNet) without requiring the payment of subscription fees or landline maintenance costs. DialNet Internet is one of the best Internet service offers on the Polish market. In 2008 the following multimedia were introduced to the company offer: interactive TV and video on demand (VoD). A DIALOGmedia package of four services consisting of digital television, a video-on-demand service, Internet access and telephony is a real family communications and multimedia entertainment centre.
The DIALOGmedia service won the INTERTELECOM Gold Medal awarded at the INTERTELECOM 2009 International Fair in Lódz. It also received a nomination in the "Teraz Polska" contest.
