Collective Intelligence (Administration area) – solutions using multiple dispersed data sources, whose processing, analysis and inference all take place real-time. An example of such kind of solutions is crisis situation management support systems.
In particular, Software Mind’s goal is to combine the experiences and competences in areas of proven industry-related solutions (finances and banking, telecommunications, media) with the semantic technologies. In the Corporate Semantic Web area, with respect to the sector of finances and banking, this implies developing risk-management solutions, analytical washboards, trend analyses, sales support and customer service automation, document and contract analysis automation, risk scoring. In case of the telecommunications and media market, solutions are related to identifying and extracting multimedia data, profiling the content presented on mobile devices, supporting sales and customer service, loyalty systems which analyse individual customer behaviour trends, brand analyzers, efficient multimedia databases.
